In 1976 Susan & Stan Devoto moved from El Cerrito, CA to the quiet hills of Sonoma County. It was there in western Sebastopol the couple started farming micro greens on an old apple orchard. Soon enough, Susan & Stan developed a long-lasting love for the cultivation of apples and flowers. A few years down the road the Susan & Stan bought their homestead property and decided to realize their love for farming by planting 20 acres of heirloom apples and specialty cut flowers. Over 30 years later, after welcoming three daughters into the world and losing Susan to cancer, Stan now farms over 80 varieties of the most sought after heirloom apples in the Bay Area, specialty cut flowers, and Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.
