'Atika' Hard Aged Goat Cheese

One 5 oz block of hard aged goat and sheep cheese from Tomales Farmstead Creamery in Tomales. 'Atika' is a blend of sheep and goat milk in roughly equal parts, this delicious tomme has a buttery, nutty and tart flavor.

Atika is aged between 3 and 6 months. This a farmstead cheese, the goats and sheep are raised and milked on the same farm that the cheese is made thus the milk is as fresh as it can possibly be.

Atika was a 2014 Good Food Award winner. This cheese also won a 2nd place ribbon in its class in 2014 at the American Cheese Society conference.
