Della Fattoria Granola

The Petaluma bakery and cafe is beloved for its rustic loaves, but don’t overlook the granola. Oats, almonds, pecans, sesame seeds, pepitas and coconut are combined with honey, brown sugar and a little kosher salt; the mixture is then toasted in small batches, which imparts a slightly caramelized flavor with lovely depth.
